Haiti relocates homeless, port repairs needed

The government promised to help half-million move from squalid camps to safer and cleaner tent cities. The new tents are going to be places where they will have at least some adequate facilities. They have no water, no place for sewage. They have erected tarps and tents, cardboard and scarps as shelter from the sun, but they will be useless once the summer rainy season hits. Many people are just trying to get out of this capital, back to their farms or homes of their parents or relatives.  As many as 2000, 000 Haitians have fled the ruined capital and many more people are trying to do so.
